Protecting Civil Liberties in Federal Immigration Reform:
The United States' Constitution protects all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. The ACLU of Idaho works statewide to ensure rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community members are protected.
The ACLU of Idaho closely monitors conditions in Idaho's county jails and state prisons run by the Idaho Department of Corrections.
